This is actually part of our Matabungkay shoot series. And finally, I've decided to wear shorts more often as a result of my climbs (it's really hard to wear pants when hiking). I don't like wearing shorts for the reason that my legs are full of random scars and my knees are kinda dark. I'm not really afraid to show them but sometimes, you'll just feel insecure. I guess everyone knows that feeling.
Sunglasses from Neff.
Button down shirt from Zalora. Swimming trunks from Mollusk.
Hat from Baileys. Sandals from Zalora.
We all have our own insecurities. Everyone has. And while I know that I still haven't conquered them, at the very least, I have learned to be comfortable with myself. I guess that's the first step. You just need to learn to accept your flaws and work with it. As the famous line goes, never let anyone define who you are. It's okay to be insecure. That's part of life. But at the end of the day, it's us who will judge ourselves, not others. Stay happy and stay true to who you are.
